Social Compliance Overview...

We have the following facilities in our factory, which can be referred to as examples of best practices:

A) ENVIRONMENT: We have excellent working atmosphere and have also continuous effort to upgrade it as per international standard.

B) EMERGENCY EXITS: We have an extra exit in the floor for the workers using in case of any emergency in the factory.

C) FIRE DRILLS: We have Fire Fighting Equipments in the factories as per Factory Act and in order to use them effectively when required. We have a Fire Fighting Team who is specially trained to deal with any fire emergency. We have arrangement for Fire Drills on regular basis i.e.; once every month so that the team can perform their duty effectively when required.

D) SAFETY: We have imported a turkey bus bar trucking system that nullifies the risk of short circuits or fires in the workplace. Smoke and heat detectors; sufficient fire extinguishers, fire hoses and emergency calling bells are installed in all areas on the factories.

E) GENERATOR: We also have our own substation and generators in the event of a power failure.

F) PRAYER ROOM: Ladies and gents have separate prayer rooms, where they can accessible any time during the working hours.

G) LOCKERS: All employees are provided lockers for their personal belongings.

H) BONUS: Bonus is paid two times prior to each of the EID/PUJA Festival.


From the very beginning SEHA APPARELS have tight security policies in factory premises. It is also being monitored by CCTV Camera from in House/Head Office. There are enough security personnel; they are present on the factory premises 24 hours a day and 365 days in the year. When the factory is shut down for the evening, security supervisor stays there, to keep the records throughout the night and they are reviewed next morning by a responsible officer of the company.

In addition, to that, only authorized personal are allowed to enter our factory premises and a responsible officer of the company accompanies them during their visit. The security guard who is permanently stationed in the packing department monitors all the export cartons.


The SEHA APPARELS has recruited experienced and technically sound persons working at the top management level. Each department namely, merchandising, finance, commercial, production, quality assurance, administration and IT section has capable departmental heads. We have more than 750 employees. Here the employee’s minimum age is 18 years.

The factory is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulation or statutes regarding health, building safety, fire and environmental issues.
